ALMONDS & NUTS

Before baking, the almonds and nuts are freshly roasted and ground in a special process before being immediately formed into a sweet gingerbread mass.

MARZIPAN

The genuine Lübeck marzipan in the gingerbread gives it a unique flavour.

WHOLEMEAL FLOUR

Traditionally, LEUPOLDT gingerbread is baked with wholemeal flour making it incomparable in taste.

EGGS

Animal welfare is important to us. That's why we only use free-range eggs in our gingerbread.
